First, the not so good news
We have been notified of a small production problem by the factory, during the assembly of the first batch of 8750 Panniers, and, rather than rush to get models to us as promised this month, we have agreed with them that they will leave around the 16th August.
We sincerely apologise for not making our expected delivery date, but we take the view that it is better to wait a short while and ensure that our 8750s are all made to the highest standard possible, rather than offer a product that may give concern, even in a tiny way.
We now expect the 8750 to arrive around the middle of August, and will start shipping the DC models within two days of arrival, allowing us a short time to check each model before posting. DCC and DCC sound fitted models will be despatched to customers at or around the end of August.
Next the good news
We have been working on our next project for some months now, and have approved decorated samples already. We will announce our next models at the Gauge 0 Guild show at Telford on the 2nd September, but you won’t have to wait months for them. It will be merely weeks as we expect to have the first of the new models on sale in October this year.
Sorry we can’t say more yet, but we really want it to be a surprise…..
